Tom McClelland

Tom McClelland is the VP and Chief Information Officer at CarDon & Associates. Tom has over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry, including stints at AOTMP and as the Director of Technology.

At AOTMP, Tom was responsible for all aspects of technology strategy, planning, and execution of key initiatives focused on security and compliance, infrastructure and operations, and product application development. Tom's team focused on scaling and transforming the environment with forward-thinking, technical innovation that empowers businesses to maximize revenue, increase efficiency, and most importantly delight customers.

Tom has been instrumental in driving telecom management best practices and industry standards for organizations and the vendors who support them. Using information and data points from thousands of telecom environments worldwide, Tom's solutions help enterprises drive performance, efficiency and productivity while significantly reducing costs; and help telecom vendors provide a new level of value to their customers. Tom McClelland has a Bachelor's Degree from the Kelly School of Business - Computer Information Systems from Indiana University Bloomington. Tom is also certified from the Project Management Institute as an Agile Certified Practitioner, and from IBM as an IBM Certified Solutions Specialist - Rational Team Concert V4. In addition, they have certification from the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional, from Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster, and from Sun Microsystems as a Sun Certified Java Developer. Finally, they have certification from Cisco as a Cisco Certified Network Associate.
