Dan Bell

Dan Bell has over 20 years of experience in the finance and real estate industry. Dan is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Cardone Capital, a real estate investment management firm with a portfolio of over 11,900 apartment units and 500,000 square feet of office and retail space. Prior to joining Cardone Capital, Dan held various leadership roles, including Managing Director at Atlantic Avenue Investments, Head of Finance & Acquisitions at Suga Single Family Office, Managing Director at Annaly Capital Management, and Director of Investment Banking at Credit Suisse.

Dan Bell has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from West Virginia University. Dan also holds additional certifications including the Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent obtained in 2006 and the Series 7 - General Securities Representative obtained in 2000.
