Denise Baker

Denise Baker is an attorney and HR executive with over 15 years of experience in global employee relations, investigations, and workforce strategy. They have worked with organizations such as Tyson Foods and Walmart, where they led HR initiatives and oversaw complex investigations related to discrimination and harassment. Denise has a strong background in risk mitigation and organizational design, bringing expertise in aligning people and culture with business goals. Their educational credentials include a BSBA and MAcc in Accounting, as well as a Doctor of Law from the University of Arkansas. Currently, they serve as the Legal Human Resource Director at CARDS.
