Kiersten DiChiaro, MBA

Kiersten DiChiaro, MBA has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Kiersten began their career in 1998 as a Human Resources Manager at North Safety Products. In 2002, they moved to Smiths Medical as a Human Resources Manager. In 2004, they joined Amgen, Inc. as a Human Resources Sr. Manager, where they held various roles of increasing responsibility. In 2011, they moved to Johnson & Johnson as an HR Leader, Global HR Process Design and later became the Director, North America Sector Human Resources Operations. In 2017, they joined Moderna as a Senior Human Resources Consultant and Head, HR Business Partnering, Chemistry, Manufacturing & Controls. In 2020, they moved to Flagship Pioneering as a Vice President, Enterprise Human Resources and a Human Resources Consultant. In 2022, they joined Enspira as a Senior Human Resources Consultant and Cardurion Pharmaceuticals as an Interim Chief People Officer. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Chief as a Member.

Kiersten DiChiaro holds a BS in Management with a Minor in Communications from Bryant University and an MBA in Management and Organizational Behavior from California Lutheran University. Kiersten also holds certifications from the Project Management Institute (Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), obtained in August 2005), Society for Human Resource Management (Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR)), and Human Capital Institute (Strategic Workforce Planner (SWP) Certificate).
