Maria Dalmau Xalabarder

Maria Dalmau Xalabarder is a Senior Manager in the CIO Office at Grifols since May 2018, where responsibilities include driving IT strategic initiatives and facilitating collaboration within the global IT organization. Leading the Process Orchestration Team, Maria focuses on assessing the impact of process improvements while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations. Prior to Grifols, Maria was involved in IT process and project management at eB4IT and served as a Project Manager and Senior Consultant in freelance roles, contributing to business transformation in IT and digital strategy across various sectors. Additionally, Maria held positions with the European Commission as an Independent Expert for the Horizon 2020 Programme and as a Senior Manager at Capgemini, where leadership of large teams and management of significant accounts were key roles. An educational background in Informatics from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya complements extensive professional experience.
