Michael Donaldson

Michael Donaldson has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Michael began their career in 2000 as an Audit Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2011, they moved to Hittite Microwave as Corporate Controller, and then to Analog Devices in 2014 as Controller. In 2016, they held two roles as Financial Consultant at Solas Consulting and Vice President Finance, Corporate Controller and Assistant Treasurer at ARIAD Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (acquired by Takeda). In 2018, they returned to Goldfinch Bio as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller. In 2020, they became Chief Financial Officer at Summit Therapeutics, and in 2021 they were promoted to SVP Finance and Corporate Controller at Goldfinch Bio. Most recently, they were appointed Vice President Finance at Cardurion Pharmaceuticals in 2023.

Michael Donaldson attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1995 to 1999.
