Cerp Laura McShane

Laura McShane, CRCM, CERP, currently serves as VP of Compliance Risk at CardWorks since November 2018. Previously, Laura worked as an Independent Compliance and Operational Risk Consultant at Bank of Hawaii from January 2016 to 2018, where significant contributions included redesigning the Mortgage Banking Division Compliance Program and creating comprehensive training programs. From January 2001 to 2016, Laura held the position of SVP, Compliance & Operational Risk Manager at Bank of America, overseeing compliance and operational risk for various Consumer Real Estate Fulfillment business lines. Earlier in Laura's career, positions included VP and Consumer Lending Compliance Manager at The Dime Savings Bank of NY and roles in compliance auditing and management. Laura's extensive experience is complemented by an educational background from Adelphi University.
