Arnstein Fjeld

Arnstein Fjeld currently serves as VP, Head of Governance, Risk, and Compliance at TOMRA, managing the GRC program that encompasses compliance, risk, and internal audit. Prior experience includes leadership roles at CFA Society Norway as a Board Member and chair of various committees, and a tenure at Cermaq Global as the Head of Internal Audit Department, where significant enhancements to internal control frameworks were implemented. Fjeld has also held advisory positions at BDO Norge, focusing on financial services regulatory compliance and operational risk management, as well as roles at Barclays Capital and Deutsche Bank, contributing to financial control and risk management initiatives.
