Shoham Band

Shoham Band is a Client Support Associate at CardX since April 2022, where responsibilities include providing customer service and technical support for CardX SaaS technology. A prior UX Design Intern at Aware.ai from June to September 2023, contributions involved collaborating with the UX team on new feature development. Earlier roles include Lead Virtual Lab Manager Support at HappiLabs, where Shoham improved onboarding processes, and Content Writer at DoctorBox Health Inc., focusing on patient education regarding intestinal cancers. Academic experience includes research positions at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Biology and currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction at DePaul University.
