What a privilege it is to work hard at work that is so worth doing.

When I started at Care Advantage in 1998, I knew I had found a place to plant my roots and grow. It didn’t take me long to realize that the home care industry was so important to the well-being of our most vulnerable population, the elderly, and disabled. Through the years, that realization has been reinforced by the thousands of families who have reached out during some of their most difficult journeys. We have been there, a helping hand, a reassuring voice, and a reminder that they do not have to navigate these challenges alone.

Time and again, I hear from families that they “wish they had known about us sooner.” That is always our goal, to ensure that families know where to find the helping hand when they need it. We do this through community outreach, and relationships with our community partners, many of whom we have worked with for 30 years!

Our mission is simple: to enhance the lives of our clients, our employees, and the communities we serve! It’s my honor and pleasure to serve this mission, and it is my desire to enhance as many lives as possible through this service.
