Prior to that, they served as the Executive Vice President of Growth & Innovation at Valence Health in 2013 and a member of the Board of Advisors from 2014 to 2016. Bruce Brandes also worked as the Vice President of Sales at HealthStream from 2006 to 2009. Bruce began their career in 1998 as the President of the South Region at Eclipsys, where they stayed until 2005.

Bruce Brandes attended the University of Florida from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance. Following this, they pursued their higher education at Loyola University New Orleans from 1988 to 1989, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management.
