Bruce Brandes

Bruce Brandes has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and companies. Bruce is currently serving as the President of care.ai since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Florida starting in 2013. Bruce also worked as the Senior Vice President of Health System Innovation at Teladoc Health from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, they served as the Executive in Residence at AVIA from 2019 to 2020. Bruce Brandes has also held significant positions at AirStrip, where they were the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer from 2009 to 2013, and a member of the Board of Advisors from 2013 to 2020. Bruce founded and served as the CEO of Lucro from 2015 to 2018. Moreover, they worked as the Managing Director and Senior Advisor at Martin Ventures from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Vice President of Growth & Innovation at Valence Health in 2013 and a member of the Board of Advisors from 2014 to 2016. Bruce Brandes also worked as the Vice President of Sales at HealthStream from 2006 to 2009. Bruce began their career in 1998 as the President of the South Region at Eclipsys, where they stayed until 2005.

Bruce Brandes attended the University of Florida from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance. Following this, they pursued their higher education at Loyola University New Orleans from 1988 to 1989, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management.
