Chris Spencer

Chris Spencer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Chris currently serves as the Director of Client Implementations at care.ai, where they provide operational and strategic leadership, develops delivery solutions, and manages customer relationships. Prior to this, Chris worked at Consulate Health Care for nine years, starting as an IT Project Manager and eventually becoming the Director of Project Management. In these roles, they were responsible for managing projects, overseeing the PMO's processes, and collaborating with business partners. Before Consulate Health Care, they worked at LaVie Administrative Services as the Director of Technical Support, optimizing technical support services and managing a team. Earlier in their career, Chris served as an IT Systems Engineer and Senior IT Helpdesk at Coastal Administrative Services, where they were responsible for managing servers, implementing backup solutions, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Chris also had experience working at Digital Equipment Corporation as a Log & Dispatch, where they communicated the company's needs to field engineers and ensured customer satisfaction.

Chris Spencer attended Michigan State University from 1988 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Interdisciplinary Studies - Computers and Society.
