Enrique Santiago

Enrique Santiago serves as in-house counsel for care.ai. Prior to joining, he worked as an associate at Locke Lord LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity venture capital transactions, and general corporate work. Previously, he served as in-house counsel to EMC Corporation.

Enrique graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration before attending law school at Boston University School of Law. He specializes in banking, finance, corporate, and securities law. He has represented both private equity and venture capital funds as well as start-ups, companies in the healthcare, technology and energy ‎spaces as well as other public and private companies.
