Daniel Luque

Daniel Luque, CSSBB has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Daniel is currently the Senior Director of Operations at EmpowerHealth, where they have been since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Performance Management at TenX Healthcare, Inc. from December 2017 to April 2019. Before their role at TenX Healthcare, they held various positions at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine, including Quality Assurance Manager and Senior Business Systems Analyst. Daniel also worked as a Healthcare Management Engineer at the University of Miami from October 2011 to May 2012. Daniel started their career at Holy Cross Hospital as an Operational Performance Analyst from July 2010 to October 2011. Prior to that, they gained valuable experience at Boston Scientific where they held roles such as Production Supervisor, Industrial Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer. Throughout their career, Daniel has demonstrated a strong focus on quality assurance, performance management, and process improvement while working in various industries.

Daniel Luque, CSSBB, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida, which they obtained between 2003 and 2006. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality in 2010, Engineering Intern from the State of Florida in 2006, and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from the Harrington Group in 2005.
