Bianca Collier

Bianca Collier is an experienced leader in international programs and operations, currently serving as the Director of International Programs and Operations at CARE Australia since October 2022. With a strong background in strategic leadership, Bianca has managed diverse teams and fostered stakeholder relationships across various organizations, including Save the Children International, where roles included Chief of Party and Interim Country Director. Previous leadership positions have been held at OrphanAid Africa and Save the Children Australia, where program development and quality assurance were key responsibilities. Bianca's education includes a Master's in Applied Anthropology and Participatory Development from The Australian National University, alongside a Graduate Diploma in International Development and a Bachelor's in Business, Accounting, and Human Resource Management from RMIT University and Swinburne University of Technology, respectively.
