Shabik Zaheer

Shabik Zaheer holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology and is currently pursuing a Master of Development Studies at the University of Dhaka. With a robust background in Geographic Information Systems, Shabik has served as a MEL and GIS Officer at CARE Bangladesh since April 2024 and previously worked as a Research Consultant at CEGIS. Shabik's experience also includes roles as a Geographic Information Systems Analyst at Development Design Consultants Ltd., Vice President of both the Astronomy & Science Society of RUET and the Chittagong Engineering Student's Association, and participation in various organizations such as Team Annexe Ruet and the Innovation Society of RUET. Additionally, Shabik has interned at the Rajshahi Development Authority and engaged in event management as a Coordinator for HULT PRIZE at RUET, alongside contributing as an Article Writer for Open Space.
