Katarína Klamková

Katarina Klamkova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in non-profit management and social advocacy. Currently serving as the Národní ředitelka at CARE Česká republika since January 2019, Katarina has a strong background in organizational and HR consultancy, international fundraising, and development support, demonstrated during a tenure as Development Coordinator at Al-Manarah Association. Additionally, Katarina led IQ Roma servis as Director and CEO for over 14 years, transforming it into a respected pro-Roma NGO. With previous roles including Youth Education Advocacy Officer at Florida Immigrant Coalition and External Lecturer at Masarykova univerzita Brno, Katarina possesses a rich combination of project management, fundraising expertise, and commitment to social justice, complemented by a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Charles University and various qualifications in social work and community leadership.
