Dana Kiel

Dana Kiel, LCSW, CEAP, currently serves as the Director of Account Management at Care.com, leading a team to deliver superior care solutions for businesses and employees since March 2022. In addition, Dana works as a consultant for Catalyst Health Resources LLC, supporting digital health entrepreneurs in commercializing their innovations. Previously, Dana held roles at Magellan Health from 2011 to 2021, culminating in a directorial position managing National Accounts and Small/Midmarket teams, and an earlier position as a Senior Account Executive. Dana's career began at CIGNA, where responsibilities included National Account Manager and National EAP Manager. Dana holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from New York University.
