Barsha Florek

Barsha Florek is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in growth and sales leadership across various healthcare technology companies. Currently serving as the Vice President of Growth at CareRev since January 2022, Barsha previously held the role of Regional Vice President of Sales at Versalus Health LLC from November 2016 to January 2022. Prior to that, Barsha was the AVP of NE Sales and Client Partner at IKS Health, and held multiple leadership positions including Director of Strategic Account & Client Advisory Group at Optum and Executive Director of Client Success at Picis. Barsha began a career in customer success management and project management at CSC/AdvancedMed. Barsha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the University of Maine.
