Victoria Kury

As vice president of clinical operations for Greater Boston, Victoria Kury is responsible for hospice service operations delivered to patients in all settings in Care Dimensions’ Greater Boston territory. She collaborates with the senior leadership team to carry out the Care Dimensions mission and achieve its strategic and operational objectives.

She joined Care Dimensions in 2017 as the senior director of clinical operations, responsible for day-to-day operations of all hospice services delivered to Care Dimensions patients in the Greater Boston territory. She was instrumental in staffing and opening the Care Dimensions Hospice House in Lincoln in 2018.

With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, operational management, and nursing, Kury holds a master's degree in business administration from Northeastern University in Boston and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Syracuse University in New York.
