Nicola Ricketts

Nicola Ricketts is currently the Head of Customer Success at Work Friends and Care Friends. Prior to that, Nicola worked as a Customer Success Manager at Hunts Accountants, and held roles in administration and reception at the International Institute for Active Ageing and Nicola Timms Beauty. Nicola studied Specialist Make-Up for Fashion at the London College of Fashion and Beauty Therapy Level 2 & 3 at Exeter College.
