Jeffrey Holm

Jeffrey Holm is an experienced leader in hospice and palliative care with a robust background in operations and business development. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President for Care Hospice, Inc. since January 2020, Jeffrey previously held positions including Regional Hospice Manager at Munson Home Health and consultant roles at Hospice and Home Care. Notably, previous experience encompasses key leadership roles at Life Choice Hospice and its predecessor, SolAmor Hospice, where Jeffrey directed strategic development and managed operations for the largest revenue-producing region. Jeffrey's career also includes significant contributions to Sangre de Cristo Hospice & Palliative Care as Interim CEO and in various fundraising and business development roles at Community Health Center and Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Colorado.
