Charissa Baedke

Charissa Baedke has a diverse work experience starting from 2008. Charissa began their career at American General Financial Services as a Financial Representative where they underwrote personal, auto, and home loans. Charissa also assisted clients with debt consolidation, rate adjustment, and processed loan modifications during the housing crisis. Charissa obtained their MLO and insurance licenses for Life and Unemployment. In 2013, Charissa joined Care Initiatives as an Administrator and later served as the Director of Staffing Agency. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Director of Operations at Care Initiatives.

Charissa Baedke is currently enrolled at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, where they are pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management. Charissa has been studying at the college since 2015 and is set to complete their education in 2018.
