W. Luke Acuff

W. Luke Acuff currently serves as a Biomedical Research Engineer at the VA Providence Healthcare System since October 2023 and as an Associate Research Scientist at Care New England since June 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Neuromodulation Research Associate. Prior experience includes volunteering at Butler Hospital and working as a Graduate Research Assistant in the McLaughlin Lab at Brown University, focusing on neurocircuitry of OCD, EEG analysis, and project development. W. Luke Acuff also served as an instructor and course creator for Engineering Biomedical Systems at Summer@Brown. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Brown University and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Mississippi State University, where earlier research involved toxicology and molecular biology under esteemed faculty.
