Rachael Jones

Rachael Jones is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in public relations and engagement. Currently serving as the Communications and Engagement Lead at NHS since May 2019, Rachael has also held roles as Senior Communications and Engagement Manager and Communications and Engagement Specialist within the organization. Prior to NHS, Rachael worked as Union Development Manager at Chester Students' Union and as Marketing and Recruitment Officer at the University of Chester. Rachael's earlier career includes roles at Powys County Council as a Business Support Officer, at Seal as an Account Manager and Senior Account Executive, and as a Teaching Assistant at English Language Centre. Rachael holds a Master's degree in International Public Relations and Global Communications from Cardiff University, a Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management from IML Business School, and a BA (Hons) in History and Journalism from Bangor University.
