Katarina Olausson

Katarina Olausson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Katarina is currently the Head of Data Insight Customer Experience at Achieve together since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at the Care Quality Commission, where they held multiple roles such as Principal Analyst, Qualitative Development Manager, Analyst Team Leader, and Senior Analyst from 2016 to 2022. Before their time at the Care Quality Commission, they served as the Managing Director and Co-founder at IlluminCloud from 2011 to 2015. Katarina also worked as a Senior Research Executive at GA Research (a division of Kreab Gavin Anderson) from 2008 to 2010 and as a Qualitative Researcher at arnold&bolingbroke from 2007 to 2008. Katarina started their career as a Research Project Officer at the University of Sydney from 2005 to 2007.

Katarina Olausson obtained their Bachelor of Arts - BA (Advanced) degree with a major in Sociology from the University of Sydney, where they studied from 2003 to 2006.
