Ngoc-Anh Krügel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

In 2008, they started their career as a Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte at Praxis Dr. Kneuertz & Dr. Bertram, where they gained experience in different dental procedures and also took on responsibilities such as patient care and training apprentices. Ngoc-Anh worked in this role until 2011.

Afterwards, from 2012 to 2013, Ngoc-Anh worked as a Mitarbeiterin in der Kundenbetreuung at 2te-ZahnarztMeinung, where they focused on customer service.

Next, they assumed the position of Praxis Manager at Dr. Glaüfer und Dr. Patrosio in 2013, where they managed the operations of the practice until 2014.

In 2015, Ngoc-Anh joined Immermannpraxis as a Praxis Manager for a brief period of three months, where they again took on administrative and organizational responsibilities.

Continuing their career, they worked at CA DIGITAL GmbH from 2015 to 2021. Ngoc-Anh held various roles during their time at the company, including Back Office Manager, Order Processing Manager, and Head of Back Office Sales. In these positions, they managed internal sales processes, optimized sales support structures, coached new employees, and conducted service trainings for the field staff. Ngoc-Anh also handled order processing, customer support, and communication for the company.

From 2022 onwards, Ngoc-Anh has worked at solutio GmbH & Co. KG as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on improving customer satisfaction and ensuring successful outcomes for clients.

Lastly, starting in September 2022, they assumed the role of Head of Customer Success Management at Care Rockets, where they lead the customer success team in delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients.

Throughout their work experience, Ngoc-Anh has consistently held positions that involve customer care, sales support, and operational management, showcasing their versatility and expertise in these areas.

From 2020 to 2023, Ngoc-Anh Krügel attended vame Business Academy. During this time, they pursued a degree in Sales & Distribution Management and focused their studies on Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
