Caroline Mercado

Caroline Mercado is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Trainee Mental Health Worker at North London NHS Foundation Trust since January 2025. Caroline has accumulated diverse experience as a Bank Administrator and Care Assistant with Care UK since November 2020. Previous roles include Student Ambassador at Birkbeck, University of London from September 2019 to January 2022, After School Nanny with Koru Kids for a brief period in late 2019, and Nursery Play-Worker at Bright Horizons during the summer of 2016. In terms of education, Caroline is pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health Practice at Middlesex University and has recently completed higher education courses in Counseling at The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London, as well as South Bank Colleges. Caroline holds an MSc in Psychodynamics of Human Development from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in Childhood and Youth Studies with Psychology from the University of Portsmouth, complemented by a BTEC Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care from West London College.
