Ana Maria Mendez Libby

Ana Maria Mendez Libby currently serves as the Regional Director for LAC at CARE since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ana Maria held the position of Directora de País at Oxfam International from August 2016 and was the Directora at IBIS Dinamarca from July 2010 to 2016. Ana Maria's career includes experience with UNDP Guatemala from 2005 to 2009 as the Coordinadora Reforma y Modernizacion del Estado y Sector Justicia, where responsibilities included driving modernization efforts in state reform and justice and security sectors.
