Kalie Lasiter

Kalie Lasiter currently serves as the Director of Development for Foundation Partnerships at CARE, a position held since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles at the International Rescue Committee from October 2016 to May 2022, where Kalie progressed from Development Coordinator to Senior Development Manager, overseeing the management of $2.57 million in annual donations and fostering community partnerships to support refugee and immigrant communities. Prior roles also encompass positions at the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta, where Kalie managed discretionary grantmaking programs, and various internships and research coordinator roles focused on development practices and public health initiatives. Kalie holds a Master's in Development Practice from Emory University and a Bachelor's in Anthropology and Political Science from the University of Delaware.
