Rachel Mae Abejo

Rachel Mae Abejo is a driven Human Resource Professional with over four years of experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Team Leader for HR Operations Support at CARE since January 2022, Rachel has held positions including HR Operations Support Specialist and HR Service Center Administrator. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Administrator and Human Resources Assistant at Eclaro from July 2017 to September 2021. Rachel possesses exemplary expertise in onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, employee movement, records management, and off-boarding. Rachel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources Development and Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines between 2013 and 2017.
