Kotaiba al Abdullah

Kotaiba Al Abdullah currently serves as Projects Manager and Operations Lead at The Launchpad Collective, a position held since January 2022. As the Founder and Director of Acting for Change International since November 2016, Kotaiba has demonstrated a strong commitment to humanitarian efforts. Additional roles include Volunteer/Translator for Care4Calais, and a series of managerial positions, including Middle East Programmes Manager at RefugEase and Operations Manager at the Refugee Utility Project. Prior experience also includes volunteer work with various organizations supporting refugees, and roles in the hospitality sector such as Aluminum Technician and Receptionist in Syria. Kotaiba's academic background includes a high school diploma from Palmyra Tourism and Hotels School, completed in 2005.
