Cat Colella-Graham

Cat Colella-Graham is an experienced professional in communications and organizational development, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor of Graduate Communications at LIM College and an Adjunct Professor of Project Management at St. Francis College. With extensive experience as the Founding Member of Chief, an organization aimed at empowering senior women leaders, Cat also founded Cheer Partners, a full-service employee experience agency. Previous roles include serving as Executive Vice President and Global Head of People and Employee Communications at Ruder Finn, Chief People Officer at Clever Devices, and senior management consultant at Silver Stirrup Consulting. In addition to teaching and consulting, Cat is actively involved in volunteer work as a translator for TED Conferences. Academic credentials include advanced degrees from Cornell University and Harvard Business School, as well as a bachelor's degree from Boston College.
