Patricia Platt

Patricia Platt, CPC, CPMA, CRC, CDEO has extensive work experience in the field of coding and risk adjustment. Patricia is currently working as the Director of Coding and Risk Adjustment at CareAbout Health. Prior to this, they held the same role at Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches, Inc. from 2023 to 2024.

Patricia Platt, CPC, CPMA, CRC, CDEO, received their education at the Medvance Institute-Fort Lauderdale, where they obtained a degree in Medical Billing and Coding Specialist with a focus on Medical Insurance Specialist/Medical Billing in 2006. Patricia has since obtained additional certifications including Certified Professional Coder (CPC) from AAPC in 2006, Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) in 2016, and Certified Professional Medical Record Auditor from AAPC in 2018.
