Tracy-Ann B.

Tracy-Ann B. has extensive experience in human resources and people operations. Tracy-Ann most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources, Talent & Culture at CareAbout Health. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President of People at ZAGENO Inc. and Head of People at Pilot.com. Tracy-Ann also held various leadership positions at WeWork, including VP People, Japan and VP, People Operations. Tracy-Ann began their career as a Human Resources Controller at Lightbulb Press and Kramer. Throughout their roles, Tracy-Ann has been responsible for transforming HR into a strategic business partner, creating sustainable HR infrastructure, and developing efficient operations.

Tracy-Ann B. completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government at John Jay College (CUNY). Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus in Accounting at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2004 to 2009.
