Scott Davidson

Scott Davidson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Scott began their career in 1978 as an analyst at Arthur Young, where they played a key role in securing a contract with the Department of Commerce. In 1982, they joined Dow Corning as a Marketing Analyst before moving on to roles as an analyst at Sovran and Capes Capital, Inc. from 1984 to 1990. Scott then transitioned into the medical field, working as a physician at MIMA from 1997 to 2000, and later as a physician at Lowcountry Medical Associates from 2000 to 2002. From 2002 to 2006, they served as a physician at Mt. Pleasant Internal Medicine. Scott joined Cogent Healthcare in 2006 as a physician and became the Medical Director of the Hospitalist Service at Roper St. Francis Healthcare in 2007.

Scott Davidson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia in 1978. Scott then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 1980 to 1982. Scott later attended Eastern Virginia Medical School from 1990 to 1994 to pursue a degree in Medical School. Scott then completed their Internal Medicine Internship/Residency at the Medical University of South Carolina from 1994 to 1997.
