Tanya Lott

Tanya Lott has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Tanya started their career in 1999 as a Registered Nurse at Roper St. Francis Healthcare, where they gained experience in Level 1 and Level 2/Special Care Nursery. Tanya also obtained professional specialty certification as a peri-natal nurse and continues to work as needed to maintain their clinical skills in this role.

During their time at Roper St. Francis Healthcare, Tanya held various positions. Tanya served as a Professional Development Education Specialist from January 2004 to December 2014. In this role, they oversaw new nursing orientation, redesigned the on-boarding process twice, and served as a nurse planner for continuing education courses.
