Haley Leadingham is a skilled professional with experience in healthcare program administration and public health. Currently serving as Value Based Programs Administrator and Lead Analyst at CareAllies since April 2020, Haley is responsible for overseeing value-based initiatives. Prior to this role, Haley worked as DSRIP Performance Coordinator for the North Country Initiative/Fort Drum Regional Health Planning Organization, where responsibilities included monitoring the progress of over 90 partner organizations under the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment Program. Additional experience includes a Health Affairs Co-Op at Danone North American Companies focused on health marketing projects, and an internship with the Vermont Department of Health, working on school nutrition and physical education policies. Haley holds a Master of Public Health from Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Xavier University.
