Brigid Mulroy

Brigid Mulroy is an experienced customer success manager currently working with CareAR, a Xerox Company, and DraftSpark.ai since April 2021 and July 2019, respectively. At DraftSpark.ai, Brigid plays a crucial role in promoting an AI-native RFP Response Automation SaaS solution developed by Xerox. Previously, Brigid served as a project manager at PARC and worked as an independent consultant. Earlier career experiences include positions as a customer account manager and in client relations at Transifex, coaching girls' basketball at Menlo School and Marian High School, and serving as an administrative assistant at Stanford University. Brigid started their career as a professional basketball player in Germany and later held a coaching position as an assistant women's basketball coach at the University of Detroit Mercy. Brigid holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Detroit Mercy.
