Heather Crum

Heather Crum, also known as Heather Weil, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and finance. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Strategy at CareAR, a Xerox Company, since April 2021, Heather has held various significant roles at Xerox from 2010 to 2021, including Lead Collaborator & Strategy Connector in Strategic Transformation and Finance Manager. Prior experience includes positions as an Internal Auditor at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Manager, IT Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Auckland, New Zealand. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Mount Holyoke College and completed an Executive Education program in Driving Leadership Potential at IESE Business School, alongside a study abroad program at UCL.
