Erin McDill has a diverse work experience spanning across different healthcare companies. Erin started their career as an Exercise Physiologist at St. Vincent's HealthCare in 2008. Erin then transitioned to WorksiteRx in 2013, where they served as an Onsite Clinical Wellness Coordinator for two years. In 2016, Erin joined CareATC and held various positions, including Clinical Wellness Program Coordinator and Health Coach, and later as a Manager of Health Education Programs. Erin then became a Health and Wellness Services Client Manager before being promoted to Director of Operations in 2021. Currently, Erin is serving as a Client Success Director at CareATC.
Erin McDill has a strong educational background in health studies and exercise physiology. Erin obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Exercise Physiology from Valdosta State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Later, Erin pursued their Masters of Arts degree in Health Studies at The University of Alabama from 2012 to 2013.
In addition to their formal education, Erin McDill has also earned several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Erin obtained the Certified Exercise Physiologist (EP-C) certification from the American College of Sports Medicine in July 2008. In June 2014, they became a Certified Health Education Specialist through the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. Erin also completed a course called "Nutrition, Health, and Lifestyle: Issues and Insights" offered by Coursera-Vanderbilt University in March 2014.
Most recently, in March 2022, Erin McDill earned the CareATC: Leadership Essentials Certificate from Dale Carnegie Training. It is worth noting that they also hold a certification as a Certified Worksite Wellness Program Manager from the National Wellness Institute, although the specific details regarding when and where they obtained this certification are not available.
