Bonnie Malone

Bonnie Malone is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in client success and customer engagement across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Success at Greenway Health since April 2025, Bonnie previously held the role of Vice President of Customer Success at DebtBook, where a pioneering 35-person team was developed. At Modernizing Medicine, Bonnie transformed the Customer Success team into a strategic powerhouse supporting a $500M revenue operation over three years. Prior to that, Bonnie unified Customer Success initiatives across four brands at Validity Inc., and led the Client Services operations at Return Path, focusing on a growth-driven approach. With a solid foundation beginning at Office Depot, Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising from Florida State University.
