Caroline Melendez Daigle

Caroline Melendez Daigle has held a variety of roles in the medical and social services fields since 1998. Caroline began their career as a Volunteer Specialist at SafePlace in 1998. In 2001, they took on the role of Qualified Mental Retardation Professional at The Children's Center of Austin. Caroline then moved to Family Eldercare in 2002, where they worked as a Care Manager, Guardianship Services. In 2003, they joined the Bastrop County District Attorney's Office as a Victim Witness Coordinator. In 2005, they became the Call Center Manager / Associate Director, Client Relations at EmergingMed. In 2009, they took on the role of Clinical Research Recruitment Specialist at Rockefeller University. In 2013, they became the Transplant / Collection Center Manager at Delete Blood Cancer / DKMS. Finally, in 2014, they were appointed Vice President Client Services and then Director of Client Services at Carebox (formerly EmergingMed). In this role, they coordinated all facets of service from implementation onward, oversaw on-going training for call center staff, and worked with trial sponsors, trial sites, advocacy groups and genomic profiling companies.

Caroline Melendez Daigle attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1999 to 2001, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology. Prior to that, they attended the University of Colorado Colorado Springs from 1996 to 1998, studying Pre-Med/Psychology. No additional certifications are listed.
