Lee A. Rotenberg has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2007, they interned as a Real Estate Management Intern at Advanced Communications. They then interned as a Government Affairs Intern at Lehman Brothers in 2008. From 2011 to 2012, Rotenberg worked in Product & Content at Investing.com. In 2013, they founded Artsetters, a workflow solution for vendors and retailers. In 2016, Rotenberg founded Ivy.co, a business management software for interior design firms. Ivy.co was later acquired by Houzz, where Rotenberg worked as the Director of Industry Solutions from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Rotenberg is the Co-Founder & CEO of Clay, an education technology company focused on supporting the behavioral health needs of early education centers.

Lee A. Rotenberg completed their secondary education at Phillips Academy, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Following that, they pursued their undergraduate degree at Colby College, graduating in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Government.
