Micah Lockhart

Micah Lockhart is the Marketing and Communications Manager at CareCar. Prior to this, they were an Associate Center Director at C2 Education from February 2021 to April 2021. Micah has also held the position of General Manager at The Scion Group from March 2019 to November 2020, and Leasing Manager at Capstone Real Estate Investments from August 2015 to June 2017.

Lockhart began their career in 2012 as the Director of First Year Student Programs for the East Carolina University Student Government Association. In this role, they were responsible for facilitating, creating and driving content for the Shipmates Leadership Training Program. Micah was also responsible for identifying any and all gaps in the educational experience of first year students at East Carolina University and creating a solution to fill those gaps.

In 2013, Lockhart took on the role of Media and Communications assistant for The ECU Office of Equity and Diversity. In this role, they were responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of events, programs and initiatives designed to promote equity and diversity within the university community.

From August 2012 to May 2013, Lockhart served as the General Manager of expressions Magazine. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the magazine, including managing the editorial calendar, budget and production schedule.

Lockhart is a graduate of East Carolina University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies.

Micah Lockhart has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Fayetteville State University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General from East Carolina University. They also have a certification from Google in Google Analytics.

Micah Lockhart works with Michael Matz - CTO, Jennifer Gallinger - COO, and Emily Atkins - Head of Finance. Their manager is Joshua Itano, CEO.
