Chris Winkelspecht

Chris Winkelspecht has an extensive work experience that spans multiple companies and roles. Currently, as the Vice President of Operations Effectiveness at CareCentrix, they are responsible for managing the Business Project Office, facilitating change management and implementation processes, and overseeing operations' performance. Chris has implemented various strategies, such as a comprehensive coaching system and an employee engagement strategy, resulting in significant improvements in engagement and turnover reduction.

Prior to their current role, Chris worked as the Director of Strategic Services at Maritz Motivation Solutions, where they led a consulting services group focused on optimizing employee engagement and organizational culture. Chris created the Engagement Potential Index and developed a process for stakeholders to document a business case for employee engagement initiatives.

Chris has also held positions at Express Scripts, HR Chally, and the AUM Center for Business & Economic Development. At Express Scripts, they served as the Director of Recognition - Total Rewards and as the Senior Manager of Organization Culture. Chris developed strategies to create a culture of learning and development and implemented performance management interventions that improved service performance. At HR Chally, they were a Senior Consultant responsible for employee assessments, and at the AUM Center for Business & Economic Development, they worked as a Senior Consultant, leading job analytic research and consulting on personnel assessments.

Furthermore, Chris has been a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) since 1999.

Chris Winkelspecht received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Temple University in 1999. Chris then went on to pursue a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Auburn University, completing their studies in 2006.
