Beth Tappan-Defrees

Beth Tappan-deFrees is an experienced leader in global operations strategy, currently serving as the Head of Global Operations Strategy: Offshore Partnerships at Devoted Health since December 2017. Prior to this role, Beth held various positions at athenahealth from January 2003 to September 2017, including Senior Manager of Strategic Coordination in India, where work focused on global workforce coordination, and Manager of Global Operations, overseeing alignment between US and India teams. Earlier career experiences include project management and consultative roles at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, where Beth also chaired diversity initiatives, and community outreach management at REACH Beyond Domestic Violence. Beth graduated with a B.A. in Social Psychology from Tufts University in 1984.
