Gisele Molloy

Gisele Molloy is the Chief Compliance Officer at CareCentrix. Gisele has over fifteen years of experience in legal and compliance roles in the healthcare industry.

Molloy began their career as an attorney at a law firm in Boston, where they worked on healthcare regulatory and transactional matters. Gisele then joined Viant, a healthcare technology company, in 2007 as Vice President and Associate General Counsel. At Viant, Molloy was responsible for provider contracting strategy and initiatives for primary and secondary provider networks servicing commercial health plans, government programs, discount card programs, workers compensation, and auto liability insurance. Gisele also served as Privacy Officer and led the company's compliance with applicable privacy laws. In 2010, Molloy was promoted to Chief Compliance Officer, where they were responsible for maintaining company licensure, formulating and executing legislative strategies on proposed legislation, active trade association participation, compliance with applicable state and federal laws nationwide, and resolution of compliance/regulatory issues.

In their current role as Chief Compliance Officer at CareCentrix, Molloy is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's compliance program. Gisele works closely with senior management to ensure that CareCentrix is in compliance with all federal and state regulations governing the healthcare industry.

Gisele Molloy has a B. Commerce with Honors from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada, and a Juris Doctorate with High Honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
