Joshua Jones

Joshua Jones has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Joshua started their career at Tech Data in 1999, working as an Assistant II/Analyst I and gradually moving up to become an Analyst II and then Analyst III. In these positions, they provided recurring analysis of customer and vendor returns, developed and maintained business websites, and designed databases to streamline invoicing processes.

In 2004, Joshua transitioned to the role of Regional Project Manager at Tech Data, where they coordinated strategic initiatives and developed sales goals based on forecasting models and customer feedback. Joshua also created business applications to improve market analysis and issue identification.

From 2006 to 2007, Joshua worked as a Pricing Consultant at Tech Data, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align pricing strategies and maximize profitability.

In 2007, they joined WellCare as a Senior Business Analyst, responsible for leading the design and development of a Sales Knowledge Warehouse. Joshua also managed the migration of databases and ensured the continuity of reporting and analysis during corporate-wide process changes. Later, they became a Manager of Sales Reporting & Analytics, overseeing a team responsible for data development and reporting.

In 2012, Joshua joined Healthesystems as the Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics. Here, they played a crucial role in developing and implementing an enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence application. Joshua also established processes for data quality and governance standards.

Most recently, Joshua worked at CareCentrix as the Senior Director and later, the Area Vice President of Business Analytics. In these roles, they utilized their expertise to drive business analytics initiatives and provide insights for decision-making.

Throughout their career, Joshua Jones has consistently demonstrated their abilities in data analytics, business intelligence, project management, and strategic decision-making.

Joshua Jones holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. During the same period, they also completed a Master of Science in Management and Information Sciences at the University of South Florida. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1999, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Decision and Information Sciences from the University of Florida.
