Kelly Hamm

Kelly Hamm has over 30 years of work experience in various roles. Kelly is currently working at CareCentrix as the Area Vice President, Leadership Development & Workforce Culture, where they focus on driving organizational change management and implementing programs for leadership development. Prior to this, Kelly founded and managed their own consulting firm, Billmeyer Hamm Consulting, LLC, where they helped executives and leaders transform their workforce cultures and achieve business results. Kelly also has experience with Anthem, Inc., where they held roles such as Talent Optimization Process Engineer Executive Advisor and Director of Change Management, and was responsible for implementing strategic initiatives and improving productivity and engagement. Kelly's work history also includes serving as a Human Resources Director for a large organization, where they supported executive teams and led various HR functions.

Kelly Hamm has a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism & Communications from Southern Connecticut State University, which they obtained from 1980 to 1984. Kelly also has a certification as a Certified Executive Coach from the Center for Executive Coaching, which they obtained in 2015. Additionally, they have completed several additional certifications, including Leadership Upskilling in a Zoom Economy and Leading Virtual Meetings from LinkedIn.
